We process and ship within 3 business days of your order

If your order was completed after 11 AM IST, it will begin processing the following business day. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. Please note that if you have purchased more than one product, they might be shipped separately and may not arrive on the same day

We do not update the order status until your mattress has shipped. Once your mattress has shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details. If more than a week has passed, please send us an email at support@Springtek.co or let us know by phone at +91 76249 57926 so we can assist you further.

While we’re unable to schedule a specific time for delivery, we’d love to help you with custom delivery instructions as best as we can. Just let us know after you place your order, and we will work with our courier partner to try to arrange this once your mattress has shipped

As we ship your Springtek mattress via our courier partner, we can expedite your shipping. However, it will cost you higher than the normal cost. Just let us know at the time of placing the order. Typically you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days

RETURNS

Your new Springtek mattress comes with a 100-day risk free trial. Remember, a new mattress will support you better than your old one so it’s normal to experience some small aches and pains as your body adjusts to getting proper support. We require you give your body a minimum of 30 days to adjust to your new mattress. If you continue to have issues, email us at support@Springtek.co within the trial period and we’ll arrange to have it picked up

Refunds will be made to the customer bank account details provided on official mail ID support@Springtek.co, within 5 working days of receiving the refund request

If the return request is placed within the 100-day trial, the full amount will be refunded. If it is a problem after the trial period, please see our FAQs under warranty section

Returns are always free of charge, using our return methods

The invoice copy should be kept ready and handed over to the logistics person who comes to pick up the mattress

100% of the money is refunded if it is within the 100-day trial period, and if the mattress is not damaged, stained or torn

Post the trial period, the product can be returned only if it meets any of the warranty claim guidelines given in the FAQ

Don’t worry, we do not resell them. You will always receive freshly made brand new mattress. The returned mattresses are disposed or donated

WARRANTY

Your Springtek products have been designed with utmost care and patience. The Springtek warranty that is associated with each product is described in detail below for easy reference. For any queries or doubts, please drop us a line at support@Springtek.co and we will be happy to clarify.

Springtek Aer Premium Memory HRFOAM Mattresses carry a 25 years limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers and handles, if present) where Springtek will repair or replace your mattress, at Springtek’s discretion. In years 10+, the only charge you will incur will be a transportation cost of INR 1000 each way, which will be waived off if a defect is confirmed to exist by Springtek as defined in the terms below.

Springtek limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

  • Mattress shrinkage, deformity or sagging of more than one (1) inch
  • Undulations on the mattress surface or splits in the foam material

The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:

  • Normal softening / sagging that is less than one (1) inch
  • Damage of mattress due to misuse and abuse
  • Fabric and foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns
  • Use of mattress on a bed base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress
  • Mattress cover, if any
  • Zipper on the mattress, if any
  • Unauthorized service during the warranty period

Steps for warranty claim handling:

  • Submit proof of problem to Springtek along with invoice and warranty card copy
  • Springtek will have a confirmation call and arrange for pick up from your location at no cost to you
  • Springtek to inspect the received product & confirm on claim status
  • Springtek to repair mattress or provide replacement if repair not possible
  • Springtek will ship the mattress back free of cost

Other terms:

  • Only the customer who originally bought the mattress and has the invoice in his/her name is eligible for the warranty claim
  • Specifically for memory foam mattresses, normal change in softness and recovery time occurs over a period of time. This does not affect the pressure relieving qualities of these mattresses
  • Mattresses kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, Springtek may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim
  • Springtek’s highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattress as shown in the original invoice
